ACCA and Oxford Brookes University

Studying for the ACCA qualification is a huge investment.  Why not take this investment one step further and obtain a BSC Honours Degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University? 

To qualify for the award, students must :

• Register with Oxford Brookes University before completion of F7, F8 and F9 papers.
• Meet the Academic requirements of Oxford Brookes (2  A levels & 5 GCSEs or their equivalents)
• Have passed ACCA Fundamentals Level 
• Complete a Research and Analysis Project (6500 words)
• Complete a Skills & Learning Statement (2000 words)
• Present your findings to your mentor

The skills acquired during completion of your Research and Analysis Project will add real value to you as a member of staff within any organisation.  Increasingly, being equipped with high level Research and Analysis Skills is a prerequisite for a Senior Management post.  The Oxford Brookes Degree will help you to develop these skills.

Registration

ACCA registered students are automatically registered with Oxford Brookes on joining ACCA.

If you have passed or have been awarded exemptions from the Fundamentals stage of the ACCA qualification, you can register for the Degree Programme.

FBT Programme Fee:

£550 for non FBT students, excluding Oxford Brookes research project registration fee (£75 payable to Oxford Brookes).

£450 for FBT students, excluding Oxford Brookes research project registration fee (£75 payable to Oxford Brookes).

To register for the programme you must be registered with Oxford Brookes University and have passed or have been awarded exemptions from the Fundamentals stage of the ACCA qualification.

FBT Oxford Brookes Fee includes :

• Access to your personal mentor 
• Advice on choosing your project topic
• Development of a personal study plan to plot your path to success on the degree programme
• One to one coaching as needed to support you throughout the assignment writing process
• Group seminars to develop research, excel and reflective learning skills
• Support with submitting work for academic consideration
• Project Submission

Once you have completed your ACCA examinations, you are able to submit your project to Oxford Brookes University with an assessment fee of £75.
