English for Academic Purposes (EAP)
Our EAP runs across both semesters. Providing you with the highest possible standard of applied English skills, this programme ensures you are fully prepared to write and communicate in English to UK undergraduate level.
Assessment
Assessments for the IFP programme comprise of essays, reports, assignments, oral examinations and a variety of written assessments. 20% of the programme is allocated to coursework (including four assignments per subject module), while 80% is dedicated to the examination (one per subject module).
To ensure that your English language skills are of the required standard for your chosen UK undergraduate degree, you will be tested through regular internal assessments, including mock IELTS-based tests. Your final grades for these modules will be determined by an end of course IELTS examination or equivalent.
