Jo Watkins

Jo is a CIMA qualified lecturer, who has a solid background in the industry and public sectors. Jo gained invaluable experience of the governance and compliance issues which are unique to the public sector of accounting prior to starting at FBT. This was thanks to Jo previous work experience for an Environment Agency. Jo’s lecturing style is depicted by students as friendly and accommodating. She places strategic emphasis on practical experience which she enhances with advantageous examples from her previous experience. This aids her students to relate to this subject as she provides them with practical experience in financial reporting.
