The money back guarantee will only be relevant if:

1.       Student has made use of all available online resources offered; this includes Online Videos, Lecture notes, Handouts, Live Forums, computerized tests and Mind Matrices.

2.       Student has taken and passed the mock exams. If student fails the formal ACCA exam after this, we shall make the online course and mock exam available for another semester FREE of CHARGE. Should the student fail the formal ACCA exam again after having used the online resources and mock exam provided, we will issue a refund, excluding the cost of the books and delivery charges.
